Gareth had a very special request that actually took 4 ProFX artists 6 days to complete,. This was a major project and something I really needed help in completing. The ProFx Artists were all trained by myself to do what I do and work independently, however when the call came in they were more than happy to offer their time. 3 Ceilings and 2 wall murals the largest being 30ft by 14ft tall. On Gareth's wish list was a ceiling for his sister, he was happy just having a Welsh Flag over his bed. Such a caring and generous child, and because of this we pulled out all the stops. I found out he liked the "Simpsons, so we decided to paint a mural in his play room, paint his ceiling, and his sisters rooms too.
Gareth is that very special child, he went to rest bite for 3 days while we completed his room, because of the mural over his bed we had to complete the ceiling first then start on the mural. When Gareth came home, he was over the moon with what we had done, still the large mural to complete and another bedroom. The following morning we arrived to find his mother standing at the door waiting for me, she said that normally Gareth calls for her at least 4-5 times in the night, but last night she had to go to his room,because he had not called, for the first time in ages Gareth was fast asleep and calm. The look on Gareth's face for the next 3 days was amazing, he wanted to see what we were doing in his playroom but was not allowed, he was excited and happy. When we showed him what we had created he just wanted to snog my face off and was so proud of himself.
